I Joined the Choir and now What??

I am now a member of our school's s choral group and the only girl to join the choir in our section. Yes.. I am the only girl..THE ONLY..~ and it's making me out of place. They're all boys and I am no close friends with the freshmen. The 2nd and the 4th years weren't allowed to join the choir.. and the reason is? I don't know.

I'm happy and sad. Happy, because I'll be able to join an inter-school competition and sad, because my classmates who joined the choir are mainly boys. It's not that i don't want nor like to be with them.. It's just that, Boys and Girls are still different in several aspects. Boys talk about this while Girls talk about that. Blah~blah~blah~....

Sigh....I don't know what to do!!?!

Camping: An Open Road to Adventures

3-ARCEGA

Last Friday, October 21st of this year, GSC SPED Integrated School held a thrill-seeking event- the Boys and Girls Scouts camping, that were both participated by the elementary and high school students. The designated camp location is the school's second site situated at Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City. The camping lasted for two days and a night only. The scouting facilitator of the said event was Mr. Edmund Santos.

Of course, I joined this fantastic event! To tell you the truth, I had a hard time in packing my clothes and my other things.. I almost turned our house into a huge garbage can!.. I'm just glad that mom wasn't there. If she was, I'd be in hot water.

I arrived at the site together with Julie, my classmate and friend. We had three tents all in all for our Patrol. We named it- "CHUVANESS PATROL. "Sounds gay, eh?? Anyways, our patrol is composed of 11 members: Nina, Alma (group leader), Kimberly, Julie, Me, Hannah, Cherry, Vina, Methus, Rachel and Marie.

OUR TENTS

The first night was uber fun. We had a candle light dinner. Um..our viand?? We had, hotdogs, rice and afridobo (afritada + adobo). I envy the boys..They had porkchop for dinner.. oh-so yummy..!!

YUMMY DINNER

I enjoyed every activity that I'm into. hahaha. I wasn't able to sleep very well though..It's too hot inside the tent. The next day, we woke up five in the morning and jogged from our school to somewhere else I don't know. I wasn't able to take my bath after the exercise since, we're going to have an activity at the irrigation.

We had several activities including the fire exit, where one needs to climb up and tap the branch of the tree using the rope they tied on it. (Gah~ do u understand??), Blind maze(my favorite), Object retrieval, carabao riding, Operation Silo, CPR (My first kiss was stolen..huhu) and many more.

I surely enjoyed our activity at the irrigation. Our objective was to overflow the drum with 20 holes.. Some, took the water from the irrigation and the others covered the holes. it was extremely fun.. Trust me! after we overflowed it, we immediately jumped towards the irrigation with floating filthy organisms. nyak~

We took lots of pictures after the camping. ^^.. It surely was a fun and exciting experience. It thought me how to be independent without the aid of my parents. Yah~ I'm a daredevil~

EIGHT RANDOM THiNGS

I was sooo soo soo busy these past few days. i wasn't able to update my blog for the whole week until now.

I received a message from my sis bonz telling me that she tagged me. It made me smile, of course. Thanks for the tag sis!!

Here are the rules:

1 - Each player starts with eight random fact/habits about themselves.
2 - People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
3 - At the end of your blog post, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their name.
4 - Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged and to read your blog.

EIGHT RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME

* I go crazy over cute stuffs. I love seeing cute bears, dolls and other kawaii things. I guess I was addicted to it since i started blogging and got addicted to friendster.
* I like guys with a great sense of humor. Trust me, I easily laugh hard over useless silly things. I enjoy laughing and smiling all the time.
* I imagine a lot of things. I love imagining random things and it's just like reality with clear images but the difference is- it's happening inside my mind.
* I am emotionally sensitive. Criticize me once and humiliate me twice- Oh! Please don't 'cause you'll see me in one corner, cryings.
* I am spiritually-mature. I know that God has some plans for me and my future. He won't be able to leave me empty-handed, right?..I just love reading the bible and ,of course, applying it in the real life.
* I never let anyone know who is the real me. I don't tell secrets even to my friends- my mom is excluded. Maybe because, I don't trust anyone other than those people whom I have been with for years and still not faking their relationship w/ me.
* I love my dad.. I don't know if he knows that... but I really do love him after those things that he did to us..I'm always praying for his good health and his future.
* I love to draw chibi anime's and speak and learn basic japanese..I also love singing korean songs and taiwanese songs && I also love to speak using their language...But, i'm not that fluent though...~

I'm passing this to--

To My Teacher Debs....

To my Teacher Debs,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

You're not mistaken, it's her birthday today! And guess what, we made this normal day a special day just for our awe-inspiring adviser and teacher. She was our mother for the past five months and will still be for the next six months of our junior life. She's different from the others, she's one of a kind. Our teacher is worth a thousand praises!

Our teacher stands as our second mother-full of kindness and genuine affection. A sun that lightens up our souls and a fresh water filled with bountiful love. A gift of our Father God. She is truly a blessing to her kindred and to her comrades, especially to us.

She got married just this year, probably last summer, to her husband of course. Our teacher doesn't have any babies yet. I repeat, no babies YET, but of course we are praying for her to have cute little toddlers soon.
FIVE THINGS ABOUT MY TEACHER THAT I L♥VE

♥ She introduces the lesson well, making it easier for us to understand.
♥ Our teacher is kawaii (cute).
♥ She loves her students.
♥ She's supportive. She's always there whenever we have competitions.
♥ Our teacher is talented and intelligent. She knows how to play the guitar and sing and is smart in every way.

THE SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY

We were all writing our parents consent for tomorrow's film viewing of "PARAISO"
at the KCC Mall of Gensan, when my classmate Leah told our teacher that teacher Myrna has something to tell her. We used that little time to arranged our chairs towards the corners of the room, leaving the middle part, somewhat empty. We placed a chair in the middle and above it was a cartolina scribbled with the words "Happy Bdei Tchr Debs" and "Thank U and We luv U." We wrote our simple messages and wishes in the cartolina. There were three balloons of differnt colors.

Before our instructor entered the classroom, we were all grouped together in the middle, the boys were holding heart-shaped cartolina's, and sang the Happy Birthday Song in chorused. She was surprised. I can see white pearls coming out from her crystal eyes- tears of joy. I can tell she was happy and surprised. Our teacher was told to go to the chair situated in the middle of the room. There, she saw her little cute birthday cup cakes with the candle numbered 52 on it. No, our teacher Debs is not that old, it's just that we are 52 in the classroom. She blew her candles and smiled.

THE Yummy CUPCAKES

Whatta BANNER

Then, Leah asked teacher to go outside for another surprise and when she did, she saw the band playing their xylophones and drums in a Happy Birthday tune. Our classmate Braga- who cross-dressed as a girl, danced in the middle just like a gypsy. The funny part here is that,he was still wearing a girls clothes- a spaghetti-strap clothe and shorts. Teacher Debs cried even more but her smile never did fade away.

Back to the room. Inside, we were asked to give our sensei (teacher) a wish. What's my wish for her? Well, I wished that she will have a good life together with her new family and even though she'll encounter some situations that are not favorable to her, God will always be there and I know she'll be able to over come it. Because she's our teacher and because she's the mother of the Arcega babies!! After that wish-a-wish, the boys presented our teacher a song, same as through with the girls. We also sang our group song, "PASAWAY"- composed by Marylyn Hoyla.

RHYL and T. Debs

Muwahhh~

Teacher told us that our group is one of a kind. Even though we are reprimanded for a hundred and even for a million times, we still do not allow hatred to live inside our hearts. She also praised our boys. She told them that even though they are CLEVER most of the time, the are still malambing or sweet. I agree- boys truly are sweet yet naughty. haha. Don't take the wrong idea~Anyways, back to the bday surprise, we ended it up with of course eating~.. and what food was it? Of course the CUPCAKES~..

Yummy cupcakes~...but it was still not enough.

To my Teacher Debs,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
AND
GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS..

CROSS-DRESSING

Hey, guys! What's up? I haven't wrote anything since my last post. I've been caught up with a lot of work, especially on my investigatory project. Anyways, i have this question for you. Do you know the meaning of CROSS-DRESSING? and have you ever tried it yourself?

Well, for your information, cross-dressing is defined as the act of wearing clothing commonly associated with another gender-by wikipedia. Cross-dressers are NOT homosexuals! People just take the wrong idea about them. There's a gap between the two so don't connect cross-dressing behavior with transgender identity. It does not mean that a guy who cross-dresses as a girl is a gay. Got it?

There are varieties of cross-dressing.

For COMFORT and STYLE.
Some people cross-dress either for style or comfort. They have a preference towards clothing/s which is connected with the opposite sex. In this case, a person's cross-dressing may or may not be visible to other people. Some individuals cross-dress to just merely surprise social norms.

DISGUISE
Cross-dressing is able to help both men and women in hiding their true identity. Historically, some women have cross-dressed in order to take up male-dominated or male-exclusive professions, such as military service. Conversely, some men have cross-dressed in order to escape from mandatory military service.

SINGLE-SEX THEATRICAL TROUPES
Some performers cross-dress in order to play roles intended for the opposite sex. Cross-dressing, particularly the depiction of males wearing dresses, is often used for comic effect onstage and onscreen.

And now i present to you- THE THIRD YEAR ARCEGA CROSS-DRESSERS!!

What's keeping away from the computer

Hey guys, I wasn't able to write things about my rants and everything these week aside from my bday...The reason is, I've been caught up between school works and researches. well, I guess those two are different matters, right?

I changed my investigatory project. Why? because as i made further studies on my bacterium to find its host plant, I came across an article which says that P. Aeruginosa is the second major pathogen. Well, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa is a known human pathogen which causes cancer, pneumonia and other diseases which can often lead to ones death. Sir Abel, of General Santos City's Department of Agriculture told me that if i would like to, i could change my Study because he's afraid that I'll be able to acquire a disease from that virulent bacterium. So, that's what i did. I changed my bacterium but not the plant that I am going to use against it. Get it?..

This is my previous research:

"The Anti-bacterial Effect of yerba Buena (Clinopodium Douglassi) Leaves Extract against Pseudomonas Aeruginosa"

Now:

"The Effectivity of Yerba Buena (Clinopodium Douglassi) Leaves Extract against Rhizopus Nigricans "

..and so..I need to revise everything and that means i need to change all the things that I wrote from the Introduction down to Methodologyand next will be my Experiment. i'm glad Sir Abel will volunteer to help me..Thanks Sir^^....and do you know whens the deadline?it'll be next week-Wednesday... and I just changed my Ip just this week..rawr!

That's All..thank yar'
